Have a friend who is trying to get a cheap reliable commuter car for university. He has a terrible history buying cars for himself in the past, so I’m trying to do some due diligence for him. It would be much appreciated! Have some new LC’s for your time.

I looked it up. Report says in July of 2016 a group of homeless men used it as a soup kitchen. Not sure what that means, but it sounds dirty
